    Description

      To recreate this:

      1. Open Manage Files. I don't think the level at which you do this matters.
      2. Create a new folder.
      3. Upload the attached file with + in the file name.
      4. Attempt to click the file, and you'll get a 404.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a regression with the same cause as XNAT-6442 or whether it's caused by the fix for XNAT-6442. Either way, from the two examples I tried (+ in file name, space in file name), Manage Files seems to be generating identical URLs in 1.7.6 versus 1.8.3, so it's the backend behaving differently.
