XNAT-6605, we have gone from 3 configurable emails in the admin UI to 24(!). What that means is that because all of the emails are in a single section, you have to scroll pages and pages downward to be able to save changes to an email at the top of the page. The smallest change we could make to fix the problem would be to have autosaving forms, or to have a save button for each email. Alternatively, we could optional also improve the overall organization. Here's some thoughts from Will:
We could break out the email text from the "Notifications" panel and call that tab "Notification Options". The email text themselves could move to a new tab called "Notification Emails". And we could bundle "Email Server", "Notification Options" and "Notification Emails" into its own group called "Manage Notifications"
Additionally, the "Site-wide Alerts" probably belongs in that group of panels somewhere, and ideally could be set to trigger an outbound email whenever a new site-wide alert is created
