"Retry with overwrite enabled returned" reported when overwrite is turned on in CAP project

    Description

      Having to play some games to get results from mammogram workstation archived. Thought I had figured out a temporary hack, but now having trouble getting data merged into already archived session.

      XNAT is reporting that session was found, please try with overwrite enabled. However, overwrite is enabled on the project.

      Please find prearchive directory contents, screenshots, and logs attached.
