Site Logo is broken on post registration page

    Description

      Note: this looks worse in Firefox than in Chrome (broken image icon versus nothing displaying for the icon).
      To recreate:

      1. Make sure your XNAT requires email verification.
      2. From the login page, click Register, and complete the registration process.
      3. On the page that displays 'Email Verification Sent', the logo is a broken image.

      The issue appears to be that the src attribute on the logo HTML element is empty.
