Some crusty YUI buttons on the project page are missing the bottom line in the outline

I guess this isn't the biggest deal, but these buttons are rather distracting right now with how they look. More specifically, the problem buttons are:

1. In the data table at the bottom of the project page, the reload button does this.
2. Under the project's Pipeline tab, the button to toggle the view of pipelines does this.

Here are some notes/hints:

1. The 'Reload' button from data tables not on the project page seem fine (e.g. Browse > Subjects).
2. On my computer at least: it looks bad like this in Chrome, but looks fine in IE (???????????)

I'm adding this to sprint 5 for now. If Jenny doesn't care, I would be OK with dropping it.
