      Description

For any XNAT with installed plugins, the Admin UI should be able to display what plugins are installed. This should show up in one of two places, or perhaps both:

      1. On the initial Site Setup Screen, as reference.
      2. On the Site Info summary page, along with build info.

Mark Florida It would be cool if we could specify a kind of dataTable panel that took up the full width of the panel, rather than getting shoved over to make room for a non-existent form label.

How about a table.dataTable widget? Done. (not pushed to the repo yet)

With much help from Mark Florida, we now have an admin UI panel to view installed plugins. If no plugins are installed, it will display a simple message. If plugins are installed, it will list them in a simple table with a code viewer that will display the full set of JSON about the plugin from the plugin registry.
