    Description

      Refine command ribbon ui component for Project and Subject pages.

      • Narrow down key items that should be in the ribbon
      • Refactor html and css for easier adding and removal of items
      • Use glyphicons or SVG images (like http://entypo.com/) instead of the sprite png file
