PETMR/PET can't be deleted

When I click the Delete option for a PET-MR session on an admin account (also an owner), the delete modal doesn't have the session listed with "waiting...". Instead, it's just empty. When you click Delete, the page refreshes without deleting. A screenshot of deleting an MR is also attached as a comparison.
