    Description

      Hello,

      I'm trying to upload a batch of scans into an experiment via DICOMRemap. Some of my scans upload without an error, but a fMRI motor task scan appears to upload correctly. Instead, it is loaded into experiment 'undefined'. Trying to delete experiment 'undefined' fails with "ERROR 502: Failed to delete MR Session undefined (undefined)"

      This is undesirable – an experiment named 'undefined' is a nightmare waiting to pounce. If XNAT cannot set the experiment correctly, it should fail to move the data into the archive, even if the 'AA:true' attribute is set in PatientComments.

      P.S. Just for clarity, the PatientComments field contains the correct project,subject,experiment information. My command line is:

      $ DicomRemap -x -d dicom.das -o dicom://NRG-C-STORE-SCU@

      {XNATSITE}

      /XNAT /path/to/raw/data/173370126/MOTOR_TASK_257/2013-07-24_13_53_34.0/S196441/

      Cheers,
      Dave
