      Description

      Under Administer->Users the all User Accounts page. Need to have an option to view only Enabled accounts. Would also like to have the ability to edit the Username on an account for users who change their last name. We get tickets on this – example: Fogbugs ticket 12036.

          This can encompass the user admin refactoring page, so resolve this issue if/when that is completed.

          There are now menus to choose whether to view active or inactive, enabled or disabled, or verified or unverified. I'm not sure how feasible it is to allow username changes - the XAPI User management REST calls use the username as the identifier.
